Reggie began his career at the Boys & Girls Club of Trenton in 1998 as the Education Director. In 2003 he was promoted to Director   of Operations, supervising the Club’s daily operations and program staff. In 2006 Reggie was voted NJ Boys & Girls Professional of   the Year and is Past President of the Boys & Girls Clubs in New Jersey Professional Association. Reggie now serves as President   & CEO. He has   received the Level II Advanced Leadership Program Certificate from the Boys & Girls Club School of Executive   Leadership. A Trenton native, Reggie is committed to building great futures for youth. 

Christina Jones, Chief Operating Officer

Christina brings over 20 years of experience as an organizational leader in non-profits, specifically supporting youth, families, and communities. Christina is an advocate for Equity and Inclusivity and prioritizes cultivating positive relationships in the workplace and among people. She’s skilled in non-profit leadership, program development, community outreach, and grant management. 

Christine Porta-Heaton, Chief Financial Officer 

BS- Indiana University of Pennsylvania

Christine has over 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and specializes in Non-Profit accounting. For over 20 years, she has been involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs either as an employee, volunteer, or strong supporter. She has vast experience working in all types of accounting firms and departments, and she ran her own firm for several years. After working for the Club previously from 2001-2006, she returned in 2015 to take on the role of controller.

A respected leader in nonprofit development across Mercer County, Denise brings a wealth of experience in strategic communications, storytelling, and building successful partnerships. Her expertise will play a key role in advancing our mission and expanding our impact.
