Ewing's Schools After School Program
The Boys & Girls Club provides a state-licensed after school program at Ewing schools that ensures a safe and caring place for your child immediately after school. Our programs continually rate ‘better’ or ‘much better’ than similar programs in Mercer County. The Club’s programs at Ewing schools (on-site at Antheil, Lore and Parkway Schools, busing from Fisher Middle) focus on educational support, social-emotional learning, character development, and healthy living. Our programs achieve quality outcomes and favorable ratings by parents and students by combining homework help and a diversity of enrichment programing each week. Our after school activities include:
- Homework assistance
- Healthy snack
- Reading & Language arts support
- Enrichment programs such as Art, STEM, Cooking, Sports
- Special interest clubs
- Social-emotional learning & healthy living curriculum
- Access to our Schoology Learning Management System for 24/7 access to programming
- Extended care from after school to pick-up by 6:00 pm
Thanks to donations and grants, our programs are very affordable. Plus, scholarships are available for those in need. Check out all the details, click here.
We want your child to have the best after school experience, so join us at BGC Mercer.

Parent Reviews of BGC After School Program
"My son loves the After School Program (ASP) and is excited to be part of it. He loves the program so much that he always tells me that I come too early to pick him up. The best part of the program is the staff that makes sure they have a personal connection with parents and children. They are aware of where the children are at all times. The STEM program has helped keep my son sharp in math and the science areas. This is the best investment that I have made thus far for my son."
- Tangela W, After School Program Parent
"Our daughter loves it so much that she never wants to go home. She wishes it was an overnight program."
- Olga Carillo-Martinez
"After searching high and low for a program that fits our needs, we decided on the ASP at Boys & Girls Club. My son started in September and absolutely loves it! The staff is great, the building is in impeccable condition and the list of programs and classes they do with them throughout the school year is amazing. Looking forward to the upcoming programs and what it entails for our youth."
